What is Mental wellness?

Mental Wellness is about being able to manage well in  your daily life during challenging times and during good times. Some of the signs of mental wellness includes being resilient and developing and maintaining relationships. It is also a balance in regards to your physical , spiritual and mental self in all areas of life. In other words it means that you are functioning well in a normal way amidst life struggles.
